At Spida Custom Apparel, we strive to provide reliable, efficient shipping to ensure your custom apparel arrives safely and on time. Please review our shipping policy below for important details on how we handle orders and deliveries.

Shipping Rates & Options

We offer a variety of shipping options (after production) based on your location and order size:

  • Standard Shipping (included): Delivery within 3-10 business days. Remote areas up to 14 days.
  • Express Shipping: Delivery within 1-4 business days.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and your delivery location. You can view available shipping options and associated costs at checkout.

International Shipping

We are pleased to offer international shipping to select countries. Delivery times and costs for international orders will vary depending on the destination. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees required by their country.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your shipment through the provided link to monitor its progress.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate when placing your order. We are not responsible for undelivered packages due to incorrect or incomplete address information. If you realise there is an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately, and we will do our best to update it before the order is shipped.

Lost or Delayed Packages

While we work with reliable shipping carriers, delays can occasionally occur. If your package is delayed or has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us, and we will assist you in locating your order, though many shipping companies prefer to speak tot the receiver.

For packages lost during transit, please contact us to file a claim within 7 business days of the expected delivery date. For packages marked as delivered but not received, please check with neighbours, building security, or the carrier to ensure the package wasn't misdelivered.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including photos of the damaged items and packaging. We will review your claim before determining if the damage was due to the shipping company or the items itself is defective. If the Item itself is defective, we will work with you to come to a suitable outcome.
