While we strive to provide the highest quality in all of our products, sometimes there can be a manufacturer’s faults. We can either replace the item or offer a refund.
The claim must be made within 1 week of receiving your order. We will ask to see photos of the item before you post the item back. Please email this info@spidacustomapparel.com.au
Shipping
Within Australia we use Australia Post, Couriers Please or TNT.
Outside of Australia we use DHL.
